Mike is a partner who manages the tax compliance practice of Southern Wealth Management. He is responsible for the coordination of our tax services to some of our largest and wealthiest individuals and family groups. This entails an integration of services relating to our compliance, planning and consulting practices as well as working closely with the individual or client family office personnel to address federal and state tax compliance requirements and issues. Mike has more than twenty-nine years of tax experience. Prior to the formation of SWM, he was with Ernst & Young for over seven years and then managed his own CPA firm in San Antonio for thirteen years. Mike is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from St. Edward's University.
