Regular incremental and full backups of all system data are performed, including off-site data backups stored in two separate secure physical locations, to protect against almost all disaster scenarios.

Paul Abrams, CPA

Paul Abrams is the founding partner of Abrams & McKeever concentrating in accounting, taxation, and financial consulting. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) with a special emphasis on taxation, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA), and the National Conference of CPA Practitioners (ncCPAp). Mr. Abrams is also certified by the AICPA as a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS). Before starting his own practice in 1988, Mr. Abrams was an audit manager at the certified public accounting firm of Laventhol & Horwath and was previously associated with J.H. Cohn LLP. He lectures on financial subjects at civic and non-profit organizations. He is also a pro bono advisor to several local charitable organizations. A cum laude graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University and a lifelong resident of Bergen County, Mr. Abrams lives in Demarest with his wife Sharon and has two daughters.
James McKeever, CPA
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
James McKeever has been a partner at Abrams & McKeever since January 2000. He specializes in providing financial services to privately held businesses and their owners in areas such as accounting procedures and corporate and personal taxation. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA).
Mr. McKeever has more than 20 years of experience in public accounting and financial reporting and is licensed to practice in New Jersey. Prior to joining Abrams & McKeever, he was an associate with the certified public accounting firm of Shapiro & Lieberman.
A graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, he lives with his wife Terri and two children in Northvale, New Jersey, and is a lifelong resident of Bergen County.
