Established in 1984, Barg & Henson CPAs, PLLC is a tax consulting and compliance firm providing federal and state tax consulting, compliance and related accounting services on selected client engagements most of which are located throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. 　In addition, many of our engagements occur in connection with support services related to bankruptcy and insolvency matters in both formal court proceedings and out of court settlements.
