Carol has worked for the firm since 2002 and is a CPA licensed in Colorado. She holds a BS degree from Metro State University of Denver. Carol has experience working with businesses of all kinds, including limited liability companies, partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, and trusts. She can assist clients with multi-state taxation and has knowledge of QuickBooks, payroll and sales tax. Carol also handles individual tax and tax planning, entrepreneurial and small business advisory services, as well as IRS issues, in order to help clients succeed. Carol loves spending time outdoors, and volunteering with her dog for pet therapy at a local hospital.

Ophelia has extensive public accounting and tax experience. Her expertise includes business and individual tax, tax compliance and planning, and business consulting. She joined the firm in 2005 and holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from Fengchia University in Taiwan, and an MBA from the University of Scranton. Ophelia belongs to the COCPA and AICPA. She lives in Longmont with her husband and enjoys hiking, gardening, and reading in her spare time.

Vonda has a BS degree in Accounting from Colorado State University and obtained her Colorado CPA license in 1996. She worked for the State of Colorado Health & Human Services as an auditor for several years, another local CPA firm, and various other jobs as an accountant before coming to our firm in December of 2000.  Vonda recently joined the Longmont Humane Society Board of Directors.  She is a Colorado native and calls Longmont home, enjoying crafting and traveling in her free time.

Deb was born in Michigan and lives in Lyons with her husband, Gregg. Their sons and families are currently spread across the U.S. and Europe. Deb graduated from the University of Colorado-Boulder with a BS in Accounting and Marketing and an MS in Accounting, taxation emphasis. She specializes in advisory services and compliance for all types of small businesses, and professional practices, trusts, and US expatriates. Deb enjoys hiking, spending time in the mountains, professional and collegiate baseball and basketball, and horticulture.

John graduated from the University of New Orleans with a BA in Geography, but went back to school for accounting and business courses and passed the CPA exam in 1987. He worked at several firms in Louisiana, including The Rigby Group in New Orleans, before deciding to escape the mosquitos and hurricanes by moving to Colorado in 2012 (got here as fast as he could). He joined the firm in 2015, bringing 25 years of tax experience, with a specialty in non-profit tax returns and issues. In his spare time John enjoys hiking, traveling, and reading (especially maps!).

Jennifer has been working with the firm since moving to Boulder County in 2009. She was born and raised in Ottumwa, Iowa and moved to Colorado in 2004. She has a BA in Psychology from the University of Iowa, has worked in various financial industries, and has served on the board of the Greenwood Wildlife Rehabilitation Center. She and her husband Grant have two children - twin boys named Isaac and Noah.  Jennifer and her family enjoy being active, especially doing anything outdoors, and they are sports enthusiasts.

Evan was born in Hartford, Connecticut, but grew up in Palm Beach, Florida.  He received BA degrees in History, English, and Music from Palm Beach Atlantic University and was a professional guitar player and teacher for five years before returning to school and earning a BS degree in Accounting and a Master's of Taxation degree from Florida Atlantic University.  He worked as a staff accountant and tax preparer in Athens, Georgia, Palm Beach and Miami, Florida prior to joining our firm in 2020.  He lives in Westminster, Colorado with his wife, Daniela, where he plays his guitars and enjoys rock climbing, mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, and snowboarding.

Iris has more than 20 years of experience in investments, public accounting and tax. Prior to pursuing her graduate degree, she worked on Wall Street for several years. Iris earned her MBA from the University of Southern California and then worked as an auditor for Arthur Andersen. As her family moved over the years she worked for small boutique CPA firms, enjoying the diverse client base. Before joining the firm in early 2016, she worked for a Denver-based firm preparing and reviewing corporate, partnership, fiduciary and individual tax returns. She specialized in working with clients with many business interests, including real estate, investments, consulting, designing and start-ups. In her spare time, Iris plays tennis, cycles, sews and loves to travel.

Jennie became interested in the accounting field when she was a teenager and worked for her parents' hometown newspaper. After graduating from the University of Colorado with a BS in Accounting, she worked for a CPA firm in Fort Collins. Since then, she has enjoyed working with many small businesses and understanding their unique challenges. She recently earned her Enrolled Agent certification as a tax expert authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS. Jennie is married with four children and enjoys biking, running, camping, good food, art and travel.

Judy has been with the firm since 2005. She received a BS in Accounting, Magna Cum Laude, from Metropolitan State College and a Master of Taxation from the University of Denver. She is a CPA, a Personal Financial Specialist, and a Certified Financial Planner. She specializes in taxation and tax planning for individuals, partnerships, and corporations, and she provides QuickBooks and bookkeeping consulting. She is a member of the COCPA and AICPA, as well as the COCPA/CDOR Task Force. Judy is married and enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.
