The attached file reflects the operating results of about fifty full service Boston area restaurants with a combined $100 million in revenue. All establishments serve food, liquor, wine and beer. Non alcoholic beverages were included in food sales. Some restaurants do not segregate their alcoholic beverage sales by category. For these entities all sales of alcohol are reflected under beverage sales. Not all restaurants had activity in every line item.
