Craig A. Manzino, CPA

Craig A. Manzino, CPA graduated from Binghamton University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in accounting. He received his CPA license in April 2000 while working as a Senior Auditor for Deloitte & Touche, LLP, in the Financial Services Group. He then spent eighteen months as the CFO of a Commodity Hedge Fund and Trading Advisor before forming Cameo Professional Services, LLC, a tax consulting and business management firm, in June 2001. Now operating as Cameo Wealth & Creative Management, Inc. Craig specializes in taxes and planning for the entertainment industry. Clients include actors, writers, dancers, singers, directors, choreographers, producers, stage managers, dressers, photographers, models, hair & make-up artists, set and light designers.

Craig is the Chairman of the Board of the Oberon Theatre Ensemble as well as a Spring Board member of The Vineyard Theatre. He is also a Founding Member of the Soho House NY.

Craig is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPA) and is a member of their Sports and Entertainment Committee, the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP), and Beta Alpha Psi.

His speaking engagements include the Screen Actors Guild (SAG), The Writers Guild (WGA), Cooper Union, New York University and lecturing his children.

 

David F. Fromowitz, CPA

David F. Fromowitz is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 20 years experience. Prior to forming Cameo Wealth & Creative Management, Inc. David was a Business Manager with a New York City based firm for 15 years. David specializes in both individual and corporate tax planning, consulting, and compliance for high-net-worth individuals, as well as multi-state taxation issues related to both individual and business entities.

David graduated from Brooklyn College and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).

 

Sandra Greenberg

Sandra Greenberg graduated from City University Of New York Baruch College with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Kingsborough Community College with an Associates of Fine Arts . She has been working as a Business Manager and Accountant for over 24 years. Sandy specializes in tax preparation, business management and production accounting. She has clients in various industries including , but not limited to, artists, photographers, stylists, actors, production companies, and talent managers.

Sandy is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP). She has spoken at Fashion Institute of Technology NYC and volunteered for S.P.U.R. of Monmouth County.

 

Marc D. Rosen, CPA, CFP

Marc D. Rosen is a partner at Cameo Wealth & Creative Management Inc. Marc is responsible for managing the business and financial affairs of high net worth and high net income clients, in the entertainment industry, corporate America, and the arts. His clientele includes writers, actors, artists, designers, producers, directors, as well as financial industry professionals and owners of closely held businesses. Marc advises on business, personal wealth, and tax planning matters in the U.S. and abroad, and his counsel has proven integral to the success of emerging artists and related companies.

Marc is a 1992 graduate of Tulane University, a licensed CPA in New York and member of the NYSSCPA and AICPA. Subsequent to obtaining his undergraduate degree, Marc worked for two years in the audit department of the international accounting firm of Ernst & Young in their New York office, and then worked at a prestigious Business Management Firm for 15 years where he established himself as business manager, personal financial planner, and trusted advisor. Marc lives in Great Neck NY with his wife Tami and his 2 children, Emma and Justin. Although keenly adept at meeting various tax deadlines, he continues to struggle to put his kids to bed in a timely manner.                    


                                                                                                            
                                                                                 
Dean M. Michaels                                

Dean M. Michaels has a single mission: to provide clients in the arts and entertainment with comprehensive business management, planning, support, and counsel, freeing them to focus on their craft and careers. Since 1985, he has tended to the businesses and personal finances of a longstanding client roster of talented actors, writers, directors, comedians, producers and artists. Prior to joining Cameo, he founded The Asteri Group Ltd. A lifelong New Yorker and a graduate of New York University, Dean is a devoted patron of the arts and a staunch social and neighborhood activist.
