Debora L. Zalaznik, CPA

Debbie Zalaznik founded her own firm in 2001 after an exciting 22 year career with Niemi, Holland & Scott where she served as tax partner.  Her expertise is primarily in serving individuals, LLCs and corporations.  Debbie works with small to large businesses and provides tax and financial advice by applying her entire depth of experience. She has specialized industry experience with farms and their unique planning opportunities.  Debbie also has significant exposure, training and knowledge in the wine and vineyard industries. She is personally and deeply invested in the success of the firm’s clients. 

Debbie has always been actively involved in her community, receiving the Walla Walla Valley Chamber’s prestigious Award of Merit for civic service and community development.  Her community service includes leadership roles as Board President for the Walla Walla Rotary Club; Walla Walla Valley Estate Planning Council; Central Chapter of the Washington Society of CPAs; Mental Health Center; and Planned Parenthood.

Debbie is a member of the Washington Society and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Walla Walla Valley Estate Planning Council.  She is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Washington.
