Paul Spann is founder of Spann & Associates located in Orange County, California.  Paul earned his B.A. degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton.  Paul has been a CPA since 2001 and has extensive experience in public accounting as well as over twenty years as an accountant in private businesses.

After graduation, Paul worked for a local CPA firm that eventually merged with Moss Adams, LLP, a large regional CPA firm. Paul's spent four years with Moss Adams specializing in all aspects of accounting and financial audits, reviews and compilations while working primarily with Dealerships and Apparel businesses.  Paul's desire to specialize in the accounting and tax planning for business owners led him to eventually build his own firm.  

Paul oversees his firm’s extensive services including accounting & bookkeeping; business and individual tax planning; assistance with tax-free exchanges of property; California and multi-state tax compliance and planning; and representation before the IRS and Franchise Tax Board.

Paul is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.  He is active in the community including the Chamber of Commerce and various Orange county organizations.
