Administrative Staff

Nancy grew up in a large household in Pennsylvania where she enjoyed organizing her father's offices. Her own five children were raised in New Hampshire and South Carolina but one by one made their way to Boulder, so she followed suit in 2013 when the first grandchild arrived. She has a BS in Nutrition/Food Service and extensive experience in small business ownership and restaurant/hospitality administration, leading up to accounting services. Nancy is still a health and nature nut and is passionate about family, food, fitness and the environment.

Justin began working at the firm in 2012 after having spent years at a local call center. He maintains and fixes most everything in the office, from staplers to laptops, and makes sure all our office equipment is running smoothly and securely. In his free time, he enjoys playing with his dog, playing video games, riding motorcycles and target shooting.

Originally from Gloversville, New York, Toni is the youngest in a large Italian family.  She studied fashion merchandising in Boston and was a licensed cosmetologist in New York state. In 1999 she moved to Colorado with her husband and 3 children, and she worked in retail and as an Admin Assistant for a local non-profit before joining our firm in 2019. Toni's passion is oil painting, and she also enjoys traveling, movies, and spending time with her beautiful granddaughter.

Sandra is a Colorado native with over 17 years of experience in the accounting industry focusing on customer service, office administration, and demystifying tax software and returns.  She enjoys the fast pace of an accounting firm while also making sure to have fun every day and spread good cheer throughout the office.  The youngest of 4 children, Sandra likes to spend time with her family and her German Shepherd, Zeus, and she likes crafting, cooking, and Mediterranean history.
