LCA Partners

After graduating from the University of Minnesota - Duluth, Gary began working with Larry Cumpston the founder of LCA. He became a partner in 1986 and has over 35 years of experience in public accounting. His professional focus includes assisting with organization planning, business management and tax planning for corporations and executives. He is a member of the audit committee of the Minnesota Trucking Association. Gary resides in Minneapolis and enjoys golfing, fishing, hunting and managing his horses.

Matt joined the firm in 2004 and was promoted to managing partner in 2014. He is licensed in Minnesota and South Dakota and is a member of the South Dakota Trucking Association and the Iowa Motor Truck Association. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse in 2000 and earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas in 2005. Matt resides in Lakeville and enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and fishing and is an avid MN sports fan. He is a member of Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church in Apple Valley.

Gina has over 15 years of experience in accounting, tax and business consulting and became a partner in 2014. She is a board member of the Duluth Superior Transportation Association and a member of the Wisconsin Motor Carriers Association. Gina is licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin - River Falls, resides in Deer Park, WI and enjoys spending time with her family, farming and hunting.

Clint has been with the firm since 2009 and became a partner in 2014. He is an alumnus of Minnesota State University Moorhead. His experience includes providing audit, accounting, tax and consulting services. He is a member of Minnesota Trucking Association and is on the supervisory committee of the Wakota Federal Credit Union. Clint and his family live in South St. Paul and he enjoys golf, fishing, hunting, and carpentry.

Jeffrey has over 20 years of experience in accounting, tax and business consulting and has been a partner since 2014. He graduated from Saint Olaf College in Northfield, MN with a major in Economics and minor in Business Management. Jeffrey resides in Eagan and participates in a number of sport leagues. He enjoys traveling, a few of his favorite places to go are Costa Rica, Italy, Thailand, and Hong-Kong and has traveled to all the baseball stadiums in the US.

Suzanne has been with the firm since 1998 and has experience in accounting, tax and business advisory and consulting. She became a partner in 2014. She has a wide variety of industry experience including transportation, agriculture, health providers and service industries. Suzanne graduated from MBC and enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking, traveling, and loves watching hockey.
